Best Pizza in town
Very good pizza, the dough is very particular: light, digestible, excellent.
The place, characteristic, recalls a bit of a medieval style, but also with the presence of industrial and post-industrial elements.

After the first time, in which we had a very good time, we returned and I give 5 stars only because you can't give more.
Very rich typical appetizer with refined flavors and very high quality ingredients, in particular the mortadella with lemon peel was excellent.
If the beer is served in large mugs and is excellent, the wine and the wine list are no different: we drank an excellent Barone di Montalto Passivento.
The former are plentiful and here too the quality is excellent. In particular, the burrata and pistachio calamarata was a splendid discovery: I feared it might be too sweet, but the flavors were perfectly balanced.
The cheesecake was excellent, served in a jar, with the base appearing to be made of a donut and not biscuits and therefore you couldn't taste too much butter, but rather some bitter cocoa which creates a very pleasant contrast with the cream.
Finally, short turnaround times and the staff always extremely friendly and professional despite the room being full.
We haven't had the chance to try the second courses yet, but we will definitely be back.
I recommended this place to my parents who loved the food and service! The only slightly negative thing was the voice being too loud inside the place which created some discomfort. However, it was a positive experience and I was happy with it especially because I had to choose blindly not knowing any restaurant/pizzeria in this area. area.

Excellent quality raw materials, delicious pizza, courteous staff and fast service.
The La Fenice restaurant is always a guarantee. The plum and Marsala fillet is my favorite dish and although everything is still of excellent quality, I can't give up the flavor of this dish, which I punctually take every time I go to eat here. Left slightly rare but qualitatively so sublime, it melts in the mouth. The rustic appetizers and sautéed mushrooms are excellent.
The furnishings are ancient but very particular. Top hospitality.
